Juptr was established in 2015 by four experienced entrepreneurs from the fields of digital marketing, software engineering, machine learning, and big data.

Studied marketing and communication at Northwestern University, Chicago. Coauthored the specialist book Helpvertising on the subject of digital inbound content marketing, published by Springer Gabler.

Jan Steinbach is a marketing and communication strategist who has worked in classical communication as well as dialogue and digital communication. Jointly with Uwe Freese, he founded OneCircle GmbH, a digital and dialogue agency, which they brought into the Havas Group in 2006. Until August 2013, he was CEO of the digital agency of the Havas Group in Germany, and in this capacity was a strategic consultant for the marketing of SAP. In 2013, with Adam Dreessen and Uwe Freese, he cofounded Xengoo Consulting GmbH, which supports companies in the transformation to digital content marketing. This innovative form of marketing is perceived by a company’s customers not as disruptive but as helpful, and is significantly more efficient and sustainable than the classical, interruption-based marketing principle.

Jan Steinbach has additionally created an innovative business model in the digital media segment. In an open strategy pitch, he developed the “Lisa Freundeskreis” idea for Burda. On the “Lisa Freundeskreis”online platform, advertisers can have their products tested by readers of Lisa magazine. The readers report online in the community and in publicity-generating social networks on their test experience. The magazine’s editorial department announced the test and reported on its results. With “Lisa Freundeskreis”, Burda was able not only to significantly increase its digital sales, but also to establish further sustainable sources of revenue, as the concept of the social test platform has meanwhile been taken up by various other titles in the Burda group.

As CEO at Juptr, Jan Steinbach is responsible for corporate strategy and product development. In addition, he develops and markets the Juptr business concept.

Studied print and media technology with a focus in economics at the University of Wuppertal, graduating as Diplom-Ingenieur.

Advertising and communications specialist with agency experience especially in the area of dialogue and digital communication as well as in-company experience in marketing and advertising management. On completing his studies, he began his career as an agency project manager before taking on a decisive role as brand manager in the brand relaunch of o.tel.o. As corporate head of marketing and communications at Synfis AG, a subsidiary of AdCapital, he was responsible for the market presence of close to ten subsidiaries and associated companies. Subsequently, he served as head of consulting at the agency Crossworks DDB as a member of the executive board. Jointly with Jan Steinbach, he founded OneCircle, a digital and dialogue agency, which they successfully integrated in the Havas Group in 2006. Until the end of 2013, he was COO of the digital agency of the Havas Group in Germany, and later the COO of the 360° agency Havas Germany. In these functions, he supported, above all, technology companies like SAP Sybase and Tele2. In 2013, jointly with Adam Dreessen and Jan Steinbach, he founded Xengoo Consulting GmbH, which serves large and medium-sized enterprises in the digital transformation to innovative content marketing.

Among other projects, Uwe Freese successfully conceived, developed, realized, and supported an information and communication platform for CIOs. On this platform, SAP-specific information was consolidated, presented in added-value formats, evaluated, and commented on. The so-called CIO platform became a central information source for CIOs in Germany.

As COO at Juptr, Uwe Freese is responsible for business operations, commercial management, and sales.

Currently managing partner of Xengoo Consulting GmbH and responsible for the area of technology and development. From 2000 to 2005, Adam Dreessen studied media informatics at Dresden University of Applied Sciences.

After graduating in computer science (Diplom-Informatiker) in 2006, he founded the Dresden start-up OpenDialog GmbH, developing an internet platform for digital and personalized dialogue marketing that has been utilized by international marketing agencies in their customer projects worldwide. In September 2009, he founded a second company, Dreessen IT-Consulting GmbH, for which he consults with international corporations such as Deutsche Telekom, Daimler AG, and Bosch in the use of SAP data warehouse and business intelligence software.

In 2013, with Jan Steinbach and Uwe Freese, he cofounded Xengoo Consulting GmbH, which supports companies in the digital transformation to innovative content marketing.

As CIO at Juptr, Adam Dreessen is responsible for technical conception, innovation, and the technology of the platform.

Rüdiger Möller began programming computers at age 11 and as a teenager won multiple programming competitions in the area of gaming. After studying computer science in Karlsruhe, he was active as a freelance software developer and consultant and, via work in the areas of medical statistics and B2B integration, specialized in trading systems. Since 2001, he has been a consultant for Deutsche Börse Group and advanced from developer to solution architect.

Among other projects, he was responsible for the technical conception and implementation of the Eurex/Xetra GUI frameworks as well as the middleware and trading GUI of the European Energy Exchange (EEX).

Most recently, he conceived the high-performance, highly scalable real-time middleware of the T7 trading system, which is used by the Eurex derivative exchange as well as the ISE in New York and the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Rüdiger Möller has published multiple open source libraries that are used directly or indirectly by thousands of companies worldwide. He is currently a consultant for technical strategy and an active software developer at Deutsche Börse Group.

As head of development and a member of the executive board at Juptr, Rüdiger Möller is responsible for the technical development of the platform and also contributes actively to its conceptual development.
